About Two-Way
I have been involved in the fitness industry for 12 years now, and coaching athletes since 2015. In that duration, I have also competed all around Australia, and worked with some of the best minds in the industry in pursuit of the best possible education for myself, and my clients.
I have used pretty much every approach to training and nutrition you can imagine over the last 11 years myself. I have created my own system with all the evidence and studies I have done over the last few years, combining an evidence based and scientifically backed approach to training, to maximise client progression.
My goal as a coach is to help you achieve the results you’ve always wanted, but have always seemed out of reach. I do this by educating clients when it comes to nutrition and teaching them how to apply a sustainable, consistent and enjoyable approach to nutrition, so they can enjoy the foods they like whilst also improving their overall health and physical shape.
You do not need to be in the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours at a time, spend hours climbing a stairmaster, or eat bland, boring foods day in and day out to achieve the results you desire.
