About Two-Way
I have been Coaching people since 2015. In that duration, I have also competed all around Australia, and worked with some of the best minds in the industry around the world, in pursuit of the best possible results and education for myself, and my clients.
I have created my own system with all the evidence and studies I have done over the last 10 years, combining an evidence based and scientifically backed approach to training, to maximise client progression.
My goal as a coach is to help you achieve the results you’ve always wanted, but have always seemed out of reach.
I do this by educating clients when it comes to nutrition and teaching them how to apply a sustainable, consistent and enjoyable approach to nutrition, so they can enjoy the foods they like whilst also improving their overall health and physical shape.

No, probably 10% of my clients are competitors. Most of my clients are every day lifestyle clients, working a 9-5 job looking to improve their confidence, lose fat and improve their health.

The minimum time I coach people for is 10 weeks. A coaching service should be an investment in yourself to establish good habits and learn new things about nutrition and exercise. The people who want a ‘quick fix’ never reach their goals long term.

Yes, Probably 50% of my clients are female. I have female clients who are in their early 20’s all the way to early 50’s.

Coaching plans range from $80-110 depending on the duration of the Coaching period.

Yes, we can supply a plan based off a Plant based or Vegan nutrition lifestyle.

We have an inbuilt MyFitnessPal style macro tracker in the app so you can track literally anything from a nutrition point of view.

The more you put in the more you will get out. If you only track 50% of your nutrition, training and get poor sleep, you can only expect to get 50% of the results you could have.
